Lavish Richly Upon All
#1
Your Word comforts me and calms me, O Lord.

Those that neglect coming into My Presence forfeit the Living Word which sustains the body, the mind, and the spirit. Those who read for historical account might gain knowledge, but forfeits My Presence. Those that read to debate and refute, gain pride of knowledge, but forfeits spiritual nourishment. Those that come before Me, humbled, eager, hungry, and without pretense of a lofty mind, walk away filled, refreshed and ready to meet the challenges of the day.

Comfort My people with the Word. Continue to lavish richly upon all that you meet the Word in love. My Word can not fail. My Word reaches deep within that person and often is store for an occasion that will come upon them. Continue to build sites that minister, preach, teach, exhort and comfort yourself with only My Word. I know you may not see the return you desire, but I see as you plant a seed in faith. Another will give water. I will give growth. You may all rejoice in the day that your works be revealed.

You have done well in distributing My Word. Mourn for that one that has strayed.

God's Word Is Vital 3/13/2007

MATTHEW 4:4 NKJ
4 But He answered and said, "It is written, `Man shall not live
by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth
of God.'"

When Jesus faced the devil's temptations as recorded in Matthew
chapter four, His first response was to quote Deuteronomy 8:3.

God wants you to learn the same lesson that Jesus knew: Nothing
is more important than God's Word. Without the Word, your life
will be less than God intends. The Word of God is vital!

DEUTERONOMY 8:2-3 NKJ
2 "And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all
the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and
test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would
keep His commandments or not.
3 "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with
manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He
might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but
man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the
Lord.

This lesson was what God intended for Israel to learn in the
wilderness, but sadly, most of them missed it.

When Joshua was taking command of the Israelites after Moses'
death, God wanted to make sure Joshua understood the lesson.
So, He gave him directions for success - which are: speak God's
Word, think God's Word, and do God's Word. Those instructions
have never changed. They are as valid for you today as they
were for Joshua.

JOSHUA 1:8 NKJ
8 "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but
you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to
do according to all that is written in it. For then you will
make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

SAY THIS: God's Word is necessary for me to enjoy life as God
intended it to be.

Beautiful! and I say "God's Word is necessary for me to enjoy life as God intended it to be!" Again, I say "God's Word is necessary for me to enjoy life as God intended it to be!"

Thank you for posting this today! Indeed it was a word in due season for me.
